Account Assumption

Explains the Account Assumption feature that lets administrators access a user's Foxit eSign account for support purposes.

Answer

Here is how you enable your Admin Console instance to be accessed temporarily by our support technicians.

1. Log into Admin Console and access “My Profile” on the upper right side.

2. On "My Profile" page, choose "Privacy and Security" tab and scroll down to locate the "Account Assumption" section.

 

3. In the "Account Assumption" section, click "Turn On", choose the desired "Access Time" duration from the drop-down menu, and then click "Confirm" to finalize the process.
