Adjusting the paper size when printing to Xerox printer

Explains how to adjust the paper size when printing a PDF to a Xerox printer using Foxit PDF products.

Answer

When you designated a paper size like Tabloid (11x17 inch) in the Xerox printer properties dialog box and went back to Foxit print preview window, you might find the Paper shows a different size like 8.5x11.0 inch.

 

To update the paper size, you need to set the original document size in the Xerox printer properties.

  1. Click Properties in Foxit Print dialog window to open Xerox printer properties dialog box and navigate to Paper/Output tab or Printing Options tab depending on what options you have, click the Paper drop-down box and select Other Size... and choose Advanced Paper Size.
  2. In the Original Document Size option, click on drop-down box and choose the desired paper size.
  3. Click OK – OK to close the printer properties dialog box then return to the Print screen, it will show you the new paper size that you chose.
