AutoCad stops working when print via Foxit Printer, why?

Troubleshoots why AutoCAD stops responding when printing through the Foxit PDF printer.

Cause

When the system paper sizes are more than 255 listed in Print Management, AutoCAD will freeze or crash when Foxit Printer is selected.

Solution

Make sure the system paper forms are 255 or fewer listed in the Print Management. If they are 256 or more, delete those user defined paper sizes that are no longer need. To delete paper forms, do as follows:

Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Print Management > Print Servers > Computer Name > Forms, select some forms that were no longer needed, right click on them, and select Delete.
