Admins can customize the notification emails sent to users from the Foxit Admin Console, including the invitations and when users are assigned or revoked licenses.
Enterprise Customization
Navigate to Settings > Enterprise Customization. Here, Admins use the default notifications or “Custom email template” to edit the notifications sent out to their users:
Email Notification Types:
- Inviting users to join your organization: Received when using the Invited Users tab under User ID Management. Cannot be fully disabled since this option will be used to create Foxit Accounts.
- Assigning/Updating licenses to users: Received when using automatic license provisioning or manually assigning licenses to users. Can be fully disabled or customized.
- Removing users licensing: Received when user licenses are removed. Can be fully disabled or customized.
Variables:
The custom email templates will allow Admins to choose what variables they would like to include in the notification.
Please remember to add the #link variable if you are customizing the Invitation notification, this will allow users to click a link to activate and join the organization.
