Starting from Foxit PDF Editor V2025.2, you can hide the "My Apps" button displayed on the top right corner of the title bar using the following methods:
1.Set in Preferences within Foxit PDF Editor
Go to File > Preferences > General. Locate the "Application Startup" section, then check the option “Hide My Apps", Click OK to save the setting.


2.Set in Foxit GPO Template
Open the GPO template. Navigate to Preferences > Hide My Apps, and enable this feature.


3.Set in Foxit Customization Tool or Foxit XML Editor Tool
Open the Foxit Customization Tool or XML Editor Tool. Navigate to Preferences > Hide My Apps, and enable this feature.
