Fix Corrupted PDFs Created in Citrix

Troubleshoots corrupted PDF files that result from creating and saving a PDF within a Citrix environment using Foxit PDF products.

Answer

1. Go to Start menu -> Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Devices and Printers,

2. Right click on Foxit Reader PDF Printer or Foxit PhantomPDF Printer.

3. Choose Printer Properties.

4. In Advanced tab, uncheck Enable advanced printing features, and click OK.
