2. Alert Generation for Password-Protected PDFs
We've enhanced document upload pages to prompt users to remove passwords from uploaded PDFs, ensuring smoother processing and streamlined workflows.
1. Foxit eSign License Assignment Issue with Apostrophe Character
In the Foxit admin console, a bug prevented the assignment of eSign licenses to members with apostrophes in their email addresses. This issue has been resolved, allowing smooth license allocation for all users, regardless of email characters.
2. Conditional Logic Bug Fixed for Dependent Field
Bug in Foxit eSign app resolved; where conditional logic involving a dependent field using any value was not functioning as expected.
3. Signature Certificate Download Issue
Previously, enabling the setting failed to prevent the Signature Certificate Download and Print on the Document page. Now, with the fix, users can successfully disable these actions as expected.
4. Error Message Update for Cross-Region User Duplication
We've addressed an issue in the account user section where users encountering a scenario of adding a user already existing in a different region would receive unclear error messages. With this fix, users will now receive a generic error message, ensuring clearer communication and better user experience.
5. Embedded Self-Sign Redirect Issue
Previously, there was an issue where embedded self-sign redirects led directly to the Foxit eSign application instead of the intended self-sign prepare page. With this fix, the redirect now functions as expected, ensuring proper functionality within the API.
