1. Enable Users to Include Two Email Groups in Templates
This enhancement enables users to send two email groups using templates, enhancing bulk-sending capabilities when only one person is required to sign.
2. Department Setting Enhancement
Enhanced settings for departments ensure that user preferences align with departmental settings, improving customization and functionality within the system.
Note: This feature is exclusively available with the enterprise plan.
3. Strengthened Security Measures for Setup Admin Role Access
This enhancement enforces a login restriction for users with the Setup Admin Role, limiting access to only the Foxit eSign or Admin Console web applications. This measure enhances security and ensures appropriate access control for administrative tasks.
We've made several improvements to enhance platform stability, including updates to Excel bulk fill, API enhancements for email group sending, and general optimizations for better performance and consistency across different devices.
1. Excel Bulk Fill Enhancement for Same Name Fields
This fix ensures that when using bulk send with templates, if multiple fields share the same name, the value uploaded via an Excel file will populate all fields with that name, streamlining the process and reducing manual input.
2. Fixed Location Display Issue in Signature Certificates
Resolved an issue where users were seeing a question mark in the location section of the signature certificate. With this fix, the location in the signature certificate should display accurately without any question marks.
3. Fixed: Next Required Field Button Visibility
We resolved an issue where the 'Next Required Field' button erroneously appeared alongside the 'Finish' button on the signing screen. Users can now expect correct button visibility, ensuring a smoother signing experience.
4. Issue Resolved: Next Required Field Button Visibility
We resolved the issue where the Next Required Field button did not appear on the signing screen, even after clearing a required field after filling all other required fields. Now, the button displays correctly when any required field is cleared after filling all necessary fields.
5. Responsive Field: Screen Adaptation Correction
Resolved issues where fields were unresponsive to screen resolutions, impacting mobile browsers and integrations. Fields now adapt correctly to varying screen resolutions for improved usability.
