1. TradeLink Identity Verification with iAM Smart and iD-One
Recipients can now verify their identity using iAM Smart or iD-One before signing.
- Senders can select the required identity verification method for recipients.
- Recipients complete the verification and then continue with signing.
- The verification flow is available on web and mobile browsers.
Thai is now available as a language option across the application.
- Users can use the application in Thai, including key sending and signing workflows.
- Email notifications and templates support Thai.
- Date, time, and number formats support the Thai locale where applicable.
A new setting allows users to turn off the automatic population of recipient email addresses when entering recipients.
This helps users select recipients more carefully and reduces the risk of sending a document to the wrong email address.
The Next Pending Action is now displayed directly on the envelope listing page for envelopes in Partially Signed or Shared states.
You can quickly see what action is pending and who needs to take it without opening each envelope.
Signature timestamps added through Apply Signature in PDF Editor now use the time zone configured for the organization or account.
This keeps the displayed signature time consistent with the configured time zone used in other signing workflows.
Enterprise administrators can now prevent users from signing in with a personal account when personal account access is restricted for the organization.
When the restriction is enabled, affected users must use their enterprise account to access Foxit applications.
