1. Auto-Place Fields for Faster Document Preparation

The Auto-Place Fields feature enhances document processing by automatically detecting and placing checkboxes, text fields, and text boxes in the appropriate areas. This streamlines the e-signature workflow, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.

2. Sign All Signature Fields in One Action

Signers can now complete all required signature fields simultaneously, eliminating the need to sign each field individually and streamlining the signing process.

3. Address Book Selection Now Available for New Signers

Previously, users couldn’t select an address book (Company/Restricted) when adding a new signer. This issue has been fixed, and users can now choose the desired address book while adding signers.

 

4. Template Rules Enhancement – Signer Roles Replication

Improved template rules to ensure signer roles are correctly replicated when applied. Now, signer roles will be copied along with the prepared template on the Add Signer page.

 

5. Enhanced Template Rules for Multiple Templates

Users can now apply the same template rule to multiple templates, improving efficiency and consistency in rule management.

6. Drag & Drop Issue Resolved

Fixed an issue on the home page where clicking "Drop your files here" opened the file explorer but did not upload the selected file. Users can now successfully upload PDFs via drag and drop.

7. Improved 'Save and Close' Button in Template Workflow

Resolved an issue where the 'Save and Close' button was not functioning in the review/send section of the template workflow. The button now works as expected, allowing users to save and exit seamlessly.

8. Fixed Image Loading Issues in PDF Editor

Resolved an issue where image files in PDF Editor were not loading properly during the signature request process. Users will now see images and thumbnails render correctly.
