Foxit eSign Release Notes for March 2025

Foxit eSign now features a dedicated sidebar navigation, replacing the previous header-based menu. Users can conveniently access Home, Documents, Templates, Settings, and more, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive navigation experience.

Fixed an issue where Sample Templates in the Template Library failed to open. Users can now easily open, view, and edit templates as expected.

Trial users can add up to five signers per envelope. Once the limit is reached, the "Add Signer" option will be disabled. Upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited signers!

Fixed an issue in the German-language Signature Certificate where there was no space between the sender's last name and "erstellt" (Created). Now, proper spacing ensures correct formatting and readability.

Previously, clicking the company logo in an embedded sending session redirected users to the application's home page. This issue has been resolved—the logo is now non-clickable in embedded sessions, ensuring a seamless experience.

Fixed an issue where special characters in the sender's name (e.g., single or double dots) prevented field properties from displaying on the Prepare Page. Now, field properties load correctly, ensuring a smooth drag-and-drop experience.

Resolved an issue where the email group name appeared in the signer fields instead of the actual signer details when allowing a single signer in a bulk group. Now, the correct signer name and email will be auto-populated consistently in documents and templates.

Previously, signer details such as Signer ID, Date & Time, and Signer Name were missing when using Zeal ID for signatures and initials. This issue has been resolved, and all selected signer information now appears correctly.
