- SSO Login Button Added to Welcome Email
We’ve enhanced the Account User Welcome Email by adding a "Login" button for users with SSO configured. This allows them to directly access their account, while others can still set a new password to log in.
- Department-Specific Invitation Email Template Enhancement
Admins can now create and manage department-specific email templates in the Foxit eSign platform. The new feature allows admins to mark templates as Default, Company-Wide, or Restricted, and assign a default invitation email for each department. This ensures the correct invitation email is automatically displayed to users before sending a signing invitation.
- Improved Welcome Email for Account User Addition
Enhancement to the Account User Welcome Mail, improving clarity and providing users with clearer instructions on how to take action.
- Enhanced Copy Signing Fields to All Pages
Preparers can now easily duplicate signature and initial fields across all pages in a document, improving efficiency on the Prepare page in the eSign application.
- Formula Field Icon & Text Adjustment on Prepare Page
This enhancement resolves issues with the formula field edit icon and text display on the Prepare page. The icon now appears correctly in the setup formula, and the updated text is properly displayed across all relevant sections.
- Address Book Enhancement – Preventing Duplicate Entries
Improved the address book functionality to prevent duplicate entries when a regular user and a super admin add the same contact using the same email. Now, super admins can add users to either the company or restricted address book, and users will be displayed based on the selected feature.
- Fixed Zeal ID App Connection Issue for Foxit eSign Signer
Resolved a bug where users experienced issues connecting Foxit eSign Signer to the Zeal ID app. Users can now successfully connect the signer to Zeal ID, ensuring proper functionality.
