We've improved the address book functionality to prevent duplicate contact entries when users add contacts through placeholders. Now, both regular and admin users can add unique entries with accurate name validation, ensuring a clean, organized address book.
Resolved an issue where gridlines were not visible when modifying fields on the Prepare Page. Gridlines now consistently appear when moving and resizing fields, improving alignment and precision during document and template setup.
Streamlined Notary Workflow Enhancements
We've simplified the notary workflow in Foxit eSign to improve the user experience. This enhancement introduces minor UI updates to the Add Signer, Review, and Connect steps, making the process smoother and more intuitive for users.
We've introduced a streamlined workflow for notarization in Foxit eSign. Now, users can connect directly to NotaryLive from the New Tab page with a single click. This enhancement reduces clicks in the notary process, making it faster and more efficient to send documents for notarization.
PDF Download Issue Resolved
An issue preventing full PDF downloads has been resolved. Users can now reliably access documents, improving functionality across document uploads, templates, online forms, and attachments.
We've improved Foxit eSign by enabling email notifications for both the sender and merchant when a single payment is processed. This enhancement ensures that all parties receive timely confirmation once payment is completed, improving transparency and communication.
An enhancement has been added to the Documents page, introducing a new "Notarizations" subcategory under the Documents tab. This update allows users to easily view and manage documents with a notarized status, improving document organization and accessibility.
Signers will now receive an email notification if a sender removes their signature from a document, ensuring better communication and transparency.
Previously, recipients re-accessing an online form link would not see a prompt to continue their saved form, leading to unintentional duplicate forms. Now, a popup alert appears if the same initiator details are detected, allowing users to resume their previous form instead of creating a new one.
