How to cancel my free trial?

When applying for the Foxit Editor trial, no credit card or payment information is required during the registration process.

But as the trial period approaches its expiration date, Stripe will automatically send a reminder email containing a link to the Billing Portal. Through this portal, you may choose to add a payment method and review your subscription details. If you provide a valid payment method and confirm the subscription information, including the selected product plan, pricing, quantity, and any other applicable details, the subscription fee will be charged automatically upon the conclusion of the trial period. Should you decide not to proceed with the subscription after updating your payment method and subscription details, we kindly recommend contacting the Foxit Support Team before the trial expires.

There are some other instances where you will need to cancel your free trial promptly; otherwise, billing automatically starts after the free trial ends.
