How to Change the Number of Renewals?

Explains how to change the number of renewal terms configured for a Foxit subscription plan.

Answer

For annual subscribers, changes to the number of licenses will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

For annual subscribers paying monthly, changes to the number of renewals will take effect the following month.

To adjust your license quantity, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to the Foxit website using your Foxit account. Once logged in, click on your profile initials located at the top of the page. From the drop-down menu, select My Orders.
  2. Navigate to My Subscriptions under Plans & Products.
  3. Click the Manage button under the Actions column of your subscription, then select Manage Renewal from the dropdown menu.

Note: The Manage Renewal button will only appear if the Auto-renewal feature is enabled. Please enable Auto-renewal first to manage your subscription renewal.

4.Use the + and - buttons to select the desired number of licenses.

5.Click on Confirm and Yes buttons to confirm the change.

Once completed, you will see the message "Renewal Updated Successfully!" and receive a confirmation email automatically from our system.

You will also be able to view the number of licenses and renewal date for your upcoming renewal directly shown under your subscription plan.

 

Note: The Manage Renewal function is only available for subscription plans paid by credit card. PayPal and other payment methods are excluded. If you need to increase or decrease the license quantity for the next renewal cycle with non-credit-card payment methods, you must first turn off subscription auto-renewal. The existing subscription will not renew automatically upon expiry. You may then place a new order with your required number of licenses via the Foxit Online Store.
