How to disable AI Assistant from the admin console

For Administrators managing their users from the Admin Console, the Admin can disable AI Assistant for all or selected users to prevent usage

To disable AI Assistant, the administrator of the Admin Console can go to Product Configuration – Feature Settings

Uncheck AI Assistant to disable all users OR

Select specific Users - Add Users


Select the save button

To enable the AI Assistant check the AI Assistant box and select the save button
