Answer
When you select text, a floating toolbar will automatically appear. However, you might find this feature unnecessary or prefer not to use it.
To disable the floating toolbar, please navigate to File > Preferences > General, and uncheck the option labeled "Show floating bar when selecting text."
Please note that this option is only available in versions 2025.2, 14, and 13.2.
