Overview
To secure Foxit product downloads and protect them from the unauthorized sharing, all download link we provide will include token and expire in 48 hours, you may get the error "The link has expired" and Access Denied when you try to download from the link you got previously.
Here are two more approaches to download Foxit products.
Option 1 From orders page
1.Log in to the Foxit website using your Foxit account linked to the "Bill To" email for the order.
2.Once logged in, click on your profile initials located at the top of the page. From the drop-down menu, select My Orders. Under the My Orders section, navigate to either the Online Orders or Offline Orders tab to locate your order.
3. For each order, you'll find a yellow download icon next to the product, which allows you to download the corresponding software for that order.
Note: If your order was placed through a Foxit reseller or distributor, and the "Bill To" email belongs to them while your email is the "Ship To" address, you cannot use this Option 1 approach to download the software.
Option 2 From License Management page
1.Log in to the Foxit website using your Foxit account linked to the "Bill To" email for online order or the "Ship To" email for offline order (e.g., those placed through Foxit sales team, reseller, or distributor).
2.Once logged in, click on your profile initials at the top of the page. From the drop-down menu, select Management and go to License Management.
3. In the License Management section, choose the product category your license belongs to (e.g., Foxit PDF Editor+ with Admin Console). Under the selected category, your Foxit product will be displayed. Click the yellow download button shown next to the product to download it，as illustrated in the screenshot below.
Option3 From Download Center
For any customer, including free trial or paid customer, you can visit Download Center , click on Free Trial Download button to get Foxit products, it provides the latest two major versions, you can choose and download as request.
