A PRN file is a printer file. When we cannot reproduce your printing issue, we need to obtain PRN files for analysis. Please follow the steps below to obtain the PRN file. Thanks a lot.
1.Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers, select your printer, and right-click to open the Printer Properties menu.
2.Go to the Ports tab and change the port to File.
3.Use the Foxit PDF Editor to print; this will output a PRN file.
4.Please send us the PRN file.
5.Remember to change the port back to the real printer when you are done.
