How to un-install the package

Explains how to uninstall the Foxit PDF Editor installation package.

Answer

  1. Go to Gear Icon->Click on Setup->Click on Quick Find left side of the page and type Installed Packages-> Click on Uninstall

 

 

  1. Click on
    "Save a copy of this package's data for 48 hours after uninstall"
    "Do not save a copy of this package's data after uninstall" or
    depending upon the choice, and after that click on checkbox "YES" and then Uninstall

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Click on "Foxit Admin"

 

 

 

  1. Remove the dependecies click on Foxit Admin and then "Manage Assignements"

 

 

 

  1. Select the User you want to un-install from the org and then click on on Delete icon (Remove Assignment)

 

 

 

 

  1. Go back to Install Package Page, now this page will show the uninstall Status, wait for a while.

 

 

 

Depending upon the data it will take some times to uninstall

 

 

 

 

  1. Refresh the page after few mins and then click on Delete
