Manage Foxit PDF Editor Subscription Without Admin

Explains how online subscription customers can find order information, deactivate a Foxit PDF Editor license from an old device, and manage organization subscription users.

You could find your Foxit PDF Editor or Foxit PDF Editor+ subscription (Without Admin Console) plan status ,deactivate Foxit PDF Editor/Foxit PDF Editor+ subscription license from old device, manage subscription users by following below steps:

1.Access the Foxit website ,log in to your Foxit account using the “Ship To” email address associated with your order. Once logged in, click on your profile initial at the top of the page. From the dropdown menu, select My Orders. Under the Plan&Porducts section, go to My Subscription，as illustrated in the screenshot below.

 

 

2. In the My Subscription page, click on the Online Subscriptions tab and the Offline Subscriptions tab respectively. These two tabs will separately display the subscription plans that are still active (status: Active) under your current account, as illustrated in the screenshot below.
