Remove or Recover a Foxit PDF Editor Subscription

This article describes how you can transfer your Foxit PDF Editor or Foxit PDF Editor+ subscription (without Admin console) license from one old device to another one.

A. If you have installed the software on new device, you can deactivate as the following way:

1. Run your Foxit PDF Editor and try to sign in with your account to activate.

If you activate it in another computer before, it will pop up a note that your subscription the maximum number of activations.

2. Please click "HERE", you will be redirected to the Foxit Account Device Management page. On this page, please click “Deactivate” to deactivate the devices you would like to remove.

Note: If you are prompted to sign in, please use your email account to complete the login, then continue the operation.

Then you can activate Foxit PDF Editor again by signing in with your account.

B. Old registration can be removed as well on the Foxit website.

1. Access the Foxit website, log in to your Foxit account using the “Ship To” email address associated with your order. Once logged in, click on your profile initial at the top of the page. From the drop-down menu, select Management. Under the Management section, go to Device Management.

2. Under the Activate via Email tab, you can see the list of activated PCs, click on the Deactivate button of the PC you wish to remove,

then click on Yes in the pop-up confirmation dialogue box to accept the change.

1. Install the software on new computer and click Activate or go to Help >Activate if you have a trial of Foxit PDF Editor to bring up the Foxit PDF Editor Activation dialog box.
   
2. Click on the Sign in button to sign in with your Foxit account and password.

3. Click on OK to accept the confirmation message" You have successfully registered your formal license key." and start Foxit PDF Editor.
