Removing "My Apps" and "Sign In" Options in PDF Editor

Explains how to remove the My Apps and sign-in options from Foxit PDF Editor.

Answer

In the Foxit PDF Editor software for subscription licenses, users may see the icons in the top right:

 

 

If they want to disable these, they will need to disable the entire Foxit Account Management Plugin.

 

 

This can be disabled through the Foxit Customization Wizard for enterprise deployments or on an individual level under Help> Foxit Plugins.

 

For assistance on disabling plugins through the Foxit Customization Wizard, please reach out to the Support Team.

 

Please be advised that disabling plugins will remove all these icons. There is no way to pick and choose which of these icons to remove. Doing so will remove the ability for users to sign in to activate their software.
